OUR NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE PARTNER

The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) provides leadership in a partnership effort to help people conserve, maintain, and improve our natural resources environment.  The Lawrence County SWCD has a District Conservationist, Jerry Lish, assigned to our county.  Jerry can assist landowners in obtaining federal funding for conservation practices on their land.  To learn more about NRCS, click on the following link: www.in.nrcs.usda.gov
